The theme for this Connection is Urban Sketching. Each week, we will meet and go to a different place on campus or in the near downtown to draw it. Different themes of urban sketching will be explored - composition, people, perspective - as well as local themes such as drawing Eggheads, Trees, Bikes. Anyone who is interested in drawing outside can sign up! Urban sketching is a great way to explore UC Davis through your sketchbook, and meet other people who also love to draw.

- Pete Scully is the Chief Administrative Officer for Statistics, and an Urban Sketcher who draws Davis every day. Pete will lead a Connection exploring the basics of urban sketching, exploring and drawing different parts of campus each week.
