Erika is the Associate Director of First Year Experience (FYE) at UC Davis, bringing over 20 years of experience supporting first-year students as they navigate their transition to university life. Passionate about student success, Erika takes a coach approach to help students not only thrive academically in their first year but also lay the foundation for long-term personal and career growth.

She holds a B.F.A. in Interior Design with a minor in Psychology from Syracuse University, along with an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach certification.
