Lane Dounias

Lane serves as an Orientation Program Coordinator. In their role, they supervise the Orientation Leaders, and they lead several Orientation programs such as Aggie Resource Webinars, Transfer Networking Time, and Dive Into Downtown. Prior to Orientation, Lane worked at the Center for Student Involvement for two years, advising 70 registered student organizations and coordinating the event Davis Dance Revolution. They received their Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Davis and a Master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco. Lane held student staff roles at Orientation for three years as an undergraduate, including as an Orientation Student Manager, where they found their passion for working in student services. Outside of work, Lane enjoys going to live shows, making art and costumes, and watching movies.
